Our Latin American Program Director will be returning to Honduras and Nicaragua in May for the Fatherless Foundation annual mission trip with the purpose to provide relief supplies for orphanages in these two countries.
This trip will include visits to four orphanages for small children (two in Nicaragua and two in Honduras) and a return to the home for teen girls. They were in desperate need for things that all teen girls would need, but most of all they need bed sheets. We would appreciate donations of twin-sized bed sheets sets and have set a goal to provide 17 sets as a part of this trip. In these tough economic times, this may be a lofty goal, but it would be very appreciated by these girls.
We would also like to take as many supplies as humanly possible on this trip. On our last trip, we were very lucky, and the airline did not charge for excess baggage. We would be thrilled if that happened again! If you or anyone you know would like to donate, please share this article!
