Nam is a five year old little boy. Despite his blindness and other delays, he isĀ able to sit, crawl, kneel and walk with help. He loves music, and prefers toys that make noise. When his caregivers interact with him, he smiles and laughs out loud. Nam would do best in a family that could provide individualized care.
