Piper is a cheerful five year old girl. She suffers from visual impairments which have affected her development. Piper is able to recognize the voices of her caretakers, and expresses her own frustration at times.
In addition to being considered for a MLJ Adoptions Special Needs grant, families interested in adopting Piper may also be eligible to receive a reduction in program country fees.
