Skylar is a respectful, calm and friendly 15 year old girl. She enjoys drawing and spending time with friends. She receives special education services and has an Individual Education Plan. Skylar has a good attitude towards adoption. Her mother would like to keep in contact with Skylar if possible.

In addition to being considered for a MLJ Adoptions Special Needs grant, families interested in adopting Skylar may also be eligible to receive a reduction in program country fees.
