William is a kind twelve year old boy. He enjoys participating in games and group activities with other children. Some of his developmental delays make school more challenging for him than other children, but he has been receiving additional help. His favorite subject is art. William currently lives in a foster family.
In addition to being considered for a MLJ Adoptions Special Needs grant, families interested in adopting William have receive reduced foreign fees.
