Valdez is a independent and communicative fourteen year old boy. He enjoys making new friends and his communication skills continue to improve due to speech therapy. Valdez enjoys playing video game, watching television, building legos and putting together puzzles. He can get frustrated easily when things are working the way he wants.
In addition to being considered for a MLJ Adoptions Special Needs grant, families interested in adopting Valdez may also be eligible to receive a reduction in program country fees.
