Victor is a twelve year old boy who enjoys listening to music, dancing and watching cartoons. He is a typical extrovert, and enjoys being the center of attention. It is thought that he will be able to overcome his developmental delays with the proper therapies. Victor must be adopted with his older brother, Valentin, who is 10.

Valentin is thirteen years old and been in the children’s home since 2012. He does have some delays, but it is believed that he will be able to catch up once he is able to receive the proper therapies. Valentin must be adopted with his younger brother, Victor, who is nine.
In addition to being considered for a MLJ Adoptions Special Needs grant, families interested in adopting Victor and Valentin may also be eligible to receive a reduction in program country fees.
