Victor is a friendly nine year old boy. He knows many songs and rhymes and is learning how to write his letters. Since being placed in the children’s home, he is learning a lot and quickly overcoming his delays. Victor must be adopted with his older brother, Seth.

Seth is eleven years old. He prefers to play on his own and freely expresses his feelings. Seth would do best in a family that could provide ongoing support for his needs and delays. Seth must be adopted with his younger brother, Victor.
