Val is a beautiful twelve year old boy who enjoys playing with other children. He requires diligent care, and would do best in a family with a stay at home parent. Val is able to walk and can climb stairs with the assistance of an adult. He is able to repeat two syllable words, and can follow simple commands. Val smiles often and makes eye contact with peers and adults.
