We are a Hague Approved Licensed Child Placing Agency (LCPA) based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We have successful inter-country adoption programs in Ukraine, Congo, Nicaragua, Honduras, Bulgaria, Haiti, and a growing list of other countries. We are also able to provide adoption services for many other countries, including Russia, China, and Ethiopia. We are a member of the Joint Council on International Children's Services (JCICS).
