Our Annual Adoption Picnic will be held on September 17th from 1-3PM at Forrest Park in Noblesville, Indiana. The picnic is an excellent opportunity to meet other adoptive families and our MLJ Adoptions’ team. It is one of our favorite events of the year!
Attending the picnic gives families the opportunity to connect with others who are in process, meet families to add to your adoption support network, and hear about the experiences of families who have brought children home. Families who attend MLJ Adoptions’ events often share how valuable it is for them to develop relationships with others who understand the complexities of their adoption journey.
No matter where you are in the adoption process, you’re welcome to attend the picnic. Especially if you’re a prospective adoptive family, we want to meet you!
In addition to the benefit of connecting with other adoptive families, our picnic allows our team to put faces with names, catch-up with past families and see children enjoying playing with each other!
A bounce house will be on-site for the children to enjoy, and we have a fun craft planned as well. A main dish and drinks will be provided; please bring an item according to the pitch-in assignments below:
